A great combination - chicken seasoned with curry and Perfect Spice
6 oz chicken
1 cup chicken broth
2 small appples
2/3 cup diced carrot
1/2 tsp curry
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp The Perfect Spice Low Sodium
1) Simmer chicken in broth until tender (add more water if necessary)
2) Add 2 peeled and diced apples, mushrooms, and carrots
3) Cook 15 minutes or until apples soften
Makes 2 servings
