Herb Grilled Vegetables



½ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth

½ tsp dried Thyme leaves (crushed)

Perfect Pepper

1 large red onion (thickly sliced)

1 large red pepper cut into 2" wide strips

1 large yellow pepper cut into 2" wide strips

1 head of broccoli (remove stems)

1 medium zucchini cut into thick slices

2 cups mushrooms



Stir broth, crushed thyme, and a generous sprinkle of Perfect Pepper in a small bowl

Brush vegetables liberally with broth mixture

Lightly oil grill rack and bring heat to medium

Grill vegetables for 10 mins or until tender. Brush with broth mixture often and turn vegetables once while cooking
