CHICKEN WITH PESTO and TOMATOES

 

Ingredients:

Vegetable cooking spray

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 can (10 1/2oz) Cream of Chicken soup

½ cup water

1/3 cup pesto sauce

1 can (14 1/2oz) diced tomatoes not drained

Perfect Spice Low Sodium

Perfect Pepper

Hot cooked pasta

 

Directions:

Spray 10" fry pan with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat for 1 min

Add chicken and cook for 10 mins until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from fry pan

Add the soup, water, pesto, tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of Perfect Spice Low Sodium and Perfect Pepper. Heat to a boil

Reduce heat, add chicken to the skillet, cover and cook for 5 mins or until chicken is cooked through

Serve over hot pasta
